Tinyport Tycoon scratches the optimisation itch. You run a small harbour, route incoming ships to the right docks, upgrade your cranes, and slowly untangle the bottlenecks that build up as trade grows. It's calm on the surface and quietly demanding underneath.

The joy is in watching a messy port become a smooth machine. Every upgrade visibly changes throughput, and there's a real satisfaction in solving a jam you created three expansions ago. The pacing lets you play in short bursts or long planning sessions.

There's no combat and no pressure timer, which makes it a great wind-down game. If you like spreadsheets pretending to be a harbour, this one's for you, and we mean that as a compliment.
