Nitro Vertex

Nitro Vertex isn't trying to be a simulator, and it's better for it. This is pure arcade racing: tilt or tap to steer, drift into corners to build boost, and chain everything together for absurd speed on the straights. On a phone, that immediacy is exactly right.

The track design is the standout. Corners are placed to reward drifting rather than braking, so the fastest line is also the most fun one. The rival AI keeps pressure on without feeling scripted, and catching up on the final lap gives a genuine rush.

Progression through new cars and tracks is steady, and thankfully you can unlock most of it just by racing well. We wish there were a few more circuit layouts, but what's here is polished.
